  • My fee for an initial consultation shall not exceed £250, and my fee for any follow-up consultation shall not exceed £175.

Following your consultation, you may require certain investigations (such as blood tests or imaging, for example X-ray, MRI, or CT scans) to help diagnose your condition. Where these tests are arranged and performed by the clinic or hospital, rather than by me, the associated fees will be set by the clinic or hospital and billed separately to you or your private medical insurer. If there are any fees that I will charge in relation to investigations that I recommend, I shall inform you of these in advance.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment charge may be applied.

  • Payment of invoices for excess or for self-pay is due within 14 days of invoice date. If all or part of an invoice remain unpaid within 14 days of the invoice date, at the company’s discretion interest can be charged at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. Furthermore, following a final demand, if payment remains outstanding then the invoice may be referred to a collection agent to recover debt as they see fit and include further collection charges and fees.

  • Mr Horsburgh provides a vasectomy service. An initial appointment is required - please book via your preferred hospital.
